Subscription tiers

We currently offer the following subscription plans: free, silver, gold, platinum. All subscriptions, as well as any use of any of our services, are subject to Devour’s domain host Terms of Service & Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to revise these subscription plans from time to time. Your continued use of the Service, including without limitation renewal or auto-renewal of your subscription, constitutes consent to such changes.

The Silver Tier

The Silver Tier Subscription provides you access with limited ads to Devour+ and Devour’s site, and access to Devour recipes. You may still receive notices of internal promotions, recommended content, and bulletins that enhance the user experience. We do not make any guarantees as to the posting or availability of any content or functionality or the number of recipes, blog posts, audio tutorials, books, digital downloads or ebooks that will be produced in any period of time. The Silver Tier Subscription can be purchased on a monthly basis or an annual basis. Silver (monthly) subscriptions will automatically renew every month around the same day as the purchase date. Silver (annual) (sometimes called “Silver Plus”) subscriptions will automatically renew every year around the same date as the purchase date. You must cancel your subscription before the renewal date to prevent the next charge to your credit card or other payment method. We also may choose, in our sole discretion, not to renew your subscription.

You may cancel your The Silver Tier Subscription at any time by following the cancellation process above. Silver subscriptions are nonrefundable. If you cancel your Silver Subscription, you will not receive any refund, but your access will continue until the end of the then-current subscription period.

The Gold Tier

The Gold Tier Subscription provides you access with limited ads to Devour+ and Devour’s site, and access to Devour recipes, including limited The E-Cook Book access, for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of your initial subscription. This is designed to give you access to The Gold Tier audio tutorials as they become available on the Devour+ site at a discounted rate from our standard Silver monthly subscription level. You may still receive notices of internal promotions, recommended content, and bulletins that enhance the user experience. We do not make any guarantees as to the posting or availability of any content or functionality or the number of recipes, blog posts, audio tutorials, books, digital downloads or ebooks that will be produced in any period of time. At the conclusion of your 90 day subscription, all The Gold Tier subscriptions shall automatically convert to Silver (monthly) subscriptions and will automatically renew every month around the same day as the conversion date thereafter, unless otherwise cancelled or converted into an annual Silver subscription or a Platinum subscription. You must cancel your subscription before the renewal date to prevent the next charge to your credit card or other payment method. We also may choose, in our sole discretion, not to renew your subscription.

You may cancel your The Gold Tier Subscription at any time by following the cancellation process above. Gold subscriptions are nonrefundable. If you cancel your Gold Subscription, you will not receive any refund, but your access will continue until the end of the then-current subscription period. Should you choose to upgrade your Gold Subscription during the 90 day period, you will not receive a prorated discount for the conversion, and any renewals will be tied to the date of your upgrade.

The Platinum Tier

The Platinum Tier Subscription provides you access with limited ads to Devour+ and Devour’s site and access to Devour recipes, limited The E-Cook Book access and daily logs. You may still receive notices of internal promotions, recommended content, and bulletins that enhance the user experience. We do not make any guarantees as to the posting or availability of any content or functionality or the number of recipes, blog posts, audio tutorials, books, digital downloads or ebooks that will be produced in any period of time. The Platinum Tier Subscription will automatically renew every year around the same date as the purchase date. You must cancel your subscription before the renewal date to prevent the next charge to your credit card or other payment method. We also may choose, in our sole discretion, not to renew your subscription.
